When will I receive my item?
Items are posted twice a week using Royal Mail or Hermes, and in recyclable packaging.
How much is Shipping?
Standard UK domestic postage is £4.25 which is a 2nd Class Signed For service.
You can select a faster delivery method at checkout if required.
Please note that Toxic Vintage will not be responsible for any customs / import fees.
What condition are your Items in?
It is important to note that all of our clothes are vintage or preloved so may show some minor signs of wear. We endeavour to include any other flaws within the listing itself.
Are items laundered?
No. All items are steamed prior to photographing however, they are not laundered. We recommend washing your new garment upon receipt on a cool wash (or hand wash) and then air drying.
Do you accept Returns / Exchanges?
We do not accept returns or exchanges. Please get in touch prior to purchase if you require any further information.
We try our hardest to provide accurate modern UK sizes for each garment, however, please check the measurements carefully prior to purchase to ensure the perfect fit for you.
Do you buy vintage pieces from individuals?
Unfortunately, we do not buy from individuals.
Do you have a physical store?
Not at present, however, we hope to have one in the future.
